Right of revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days with effect from the day of conclusion of the contract. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (fingerLINK^®®, Inhaberin Nicole Szalasi, Alter Festplatz 1, 96135 Stegaurach, Deutschland) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief, Telefax oder E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Sie können dafür das beigefügte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist. Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.

Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this agreement, we shall refund all payments for purchased goods and services that we received from you. This includes all delivery costs, with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a form of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us. Repayment will be effected immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will exercise the same means of payment that you had used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund. We are entitled to refuse a refund until we receive the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or transfer the goods to us without delay and, in any case, within fourteen days at the latest with effect from the day on which you informed us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been maintained if you send the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period. We shall bear the costs of returning the goods, in this case, the printed fingerLINK^®®training documents (max. standard shipping of a large postal letter up to 500 grams).

You shall only be liable for any depreciation of the goods if this depreciation can be attributed to any handling of the training documents, which is not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.

Haben Sie verlangt, dass die Dienstleistungen während der Widerrufsfrist beginnen sollen, so haben Sie uns einen angemessenen Betrag zu zahlen, der dem Anteil, der bis zu dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem Sie uns von der Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts hinsichtlich dieses Vertrags unterrichten, bereits erbrachten Dienstleistungen im Vergleich zum Gesamtumfang der im Vertrag vorgesehenen Dienstleistungen entspricht.
